LabPi for Veterinary

Veterinary LIMS for the clinic case and the surveillance program

A single-animal accession and a herd outbreak do not fit the same form. LabPi configures both, and keeps the report path clear.

  • ISO/IEC 17025
  • USDA APHIS
  • OIE reporting support
  • National surveillance protocols

What these labs track in LabPi

Sample types and work products for this lab, not a generic tube list.

  • Feces
  • Whole blood

How the work actually runs

  1. Case or herd accession

Link the animal, the owner or the farm, and the syndrome. Outbreak samples group under the investigation.

  2. Panel and reference lab

In-house tests and send-outs stay on the same accession, with status visible to the submitting vet.

  3. Surveillance reporting

Authorized results can be summarized for a program without re-keying each accession.

ICAR-NIVEDI uses LabPi for livestock disease surveillance, with chain of custody and audit trails for government review.
